Cookie policy
pursuant to art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code), the Cookie Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021 and arts. 6 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
This Cookie Policy describes the storage technologies used by the Dreamer web application, available at www.dreamerapp.it, and how users can manage them. For any further information on the processing of personal data please see the Privacy policy.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Boutique AI LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with registered office at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States of America, reachable at the email address: boutiqueai.office@gmail.com.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's device, where they are stored to be sent back to the site on the next visit. Similar technologies include, among others, the browser's local storage and session storage, storage spaces that allow information to be kept on the user's device.
Unless otherwise indicated, in this policy the term "cookies" includes all the technologies described above.
3. Classification of cookies
3.1 By installing party
- First-party cookies: installed directly by the Controller through its own domain.
- Third-party cookies: installed by parties other than the Controller. The Application does not use any.
3.2 By duration
- Session cookies: automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies: kept on the device for a predetermined period or until deleted by the user.
3.3 By purpose
a) Technical and necessary cookies. Essential for the operation of the Application and for providing the services requested by the user: authentication, session management, security, protection against fraudulent activity, storage of expressed preferences. They do not require the user's consent (art. 122 Italian Privacy Code). Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
b) Analytics, profiling, marketing and remarketing cookies. The Application does not use any.
4. Cookies used by this Application
The Application uses exclusively first-party technical cookies:
- authentication cookies (name beginning with "sb-" followed by the project identifier and "-auth-token"): they keep the session of the signed-in user, so that email and password need not be entered on every page. Duration: until the session expires or the user signs out. Technical provider: Supabase, acting as processor on behalf of the Controller;
- any cookies or local storage entries strictly necessary for the operation of the browser and of the Application (for example the chosen language).
There are no statistical, advertising, profiling or third-party cookies. For this reason the Application does not show any consent banner: as long as only technical cookies are used, no consent is required.
5. Managing cookies through the browser
Users can manage, block or delete cookies through their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies prevents access to the reserved area of the Application.

6. Rights of the data subject
Users may exercise the rights provided by arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to boutiqueai.office@gmail.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; for data subjects established in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
The Controller reserves the right to update this Cookie Policy as a result of regulatory, technical or organisational changes, or the introduction of new tools in the Application. Should cookies subject to consent be introduced, a dedicated banner will be activated. The updated version is always published on this page.
